Registered Massage Therapy

Massage therapy is used for the treatment of a variety of conditions including acute and chronic pain relief, increasing mobility and flexibility, injury rehabilitation, headaches or migranes, sleep disorders and for prenatal massage.
Massage improves blood circulation, lowers blood pressure, improves fatigue, induces relaxation and promotes general well being.
There are various massage techniques involved, including deep tissue massage, myofascial release and trigger point release to facilitate movement between tissues and relieve specific points of pain.
Acupuncture & TCM
The initial consultation will review your current health and your goals for treatment. A first treatment is given as well as suggestions for follow up are discussed.
If you are a returning client with new complaints or are returning more than one year later, please book an initial consult.
All services related to your condition such as acupuncture, cupping, Gua Sha, diet and lifestyle suggestions and a herbal consult may be included.
INITIAL CONSULTATION & TREATMENT• 90 MINUTES $140
A 60 minute acupuncture follow up is standard and can include any two of the following: acupuncture front treatment, acupuncture back treatment, relaxation massage, cupping therapy, Gua Sha, auricular therapy or herbal prescription renewal.

Herbal Consultation
INITIAL CONSULTATION • 45 MINUTES $80
FOLLOW UP • 20 MINUTES $45
Herbal consultations are available for those who wish to address health concerns using herbal prescriptions and without acupuncture.
An Initial Consult session will include a Chinese medicine intake, diet and lifestyle recommendations and a herbal prescription recommendation.
Follow up appointments include a check in with your current symptoms and modified recommendations or formulas based on how well your condition is resolving.
Consult fees are in addition to the cost of herbal prescriptions. Herbs can vary in price and range from $10/week to $20/week. Most acute conditions will need treatment for one month. For chronic conditions, a follow up consult may be needed each week, then as your condition shifts and improves, we can follow up on a monthly basis.
Please note that I will need additional time to prescribe and create a custom order for you. I will notify you when your herbs are ready for pick up at the front desk.
Cupping & Gua Sha
TREATMENT• 60 MINUTES $100
A 60 minute follow up allows for a longer treatment time and can treat the upper and lower back or two to three complaints. When appropriate, it may include other modalities such as Acupressure, Tui Na massage, Gua Sha or Moxa.
Massage & Bodywork
Relaxation Massage is a fusion of styles Amanda has learned from around the world. Her previous experience a spa massage practitioner and dabbling in spiritual cleansing weave together in this unique treatment. Swedish massage, Thai massage, foot reflexology, cranio sacral therapy, acupressure and scalp massage are incorporated. Upon request, sessions may end with a sound or sage clearing to bring about deep relaxation and spiritual cleansing.
Relaxation massage is not covered under an extended benefits plan.
